                                 The Establishment Of Pancham Da As mentioned in the previous blog Pancham Da got his first break from the Movie Chhote Nawab(1961) and he stepped into the shoes of an independent music composer. Chhote Nawab had the actor  Mehmood  in the Main lead. Mehmood impressed by Pancham Da's music chose him for his next movie  Bhoot Bangla  which was written,directed and produced by Mehmood himself. Apart from composing Music for the film Pancham Da also acted in the film on the request of Mehmood.                        The Beginning Of The Pancham Era The era of 1960's included all superior music composers viz Shankar Jaikishan ,   SD Burman   ,    Salil Chowdhury   ,  Madan Mohan   ,  OP Nayyar   and many more.Even though bollywood had such great iconic composers still there was a lack of some charisma of music.
